BoltProof

How we work

We help UAE businesses design and run private AI on their own data — hardware-agnostic, fixed-fee, and always with a human in control.

You don't buy a box from BoltProof. You buy an outcome: your business runs AI on its own confidential data, safely — without shipping that data to a public AI service. We design the system with you, set it up on whatever hardware fits (something you already own, or something we source), and we stay around to keep it running.

We are deliberately hardware-agnostic. Some clients want Apple Silicon. Some already run a Windows server or a spare PC. Some want a sealed, turnkey appliance. The hardware is a detail we decide together — it is never the product. The product is the private AI system and the workflows you get out of it.

The three stages

Stage 1

Assess & design

We map your workflows, find what's safe to automate, and write a scoped proposal with a clear written quote. No hourly rates, no surprises.

Stage 2

Set up & deploy

We install and configure the models, document intelligence, automations and security on your hardware — on site — and test it against your real documents.

Stage 3

Handover & warranty

You own the system outright — no retainer, no lock-in. Hardware is covered by warranty, OS security updates install automatically, and ad-hoc support is available any time you need it, quoted per request.

What gets set up

The private AI stack

  • Ollama: the engine that runs AI models on your own hardware.
  • Open WebUI: a chat interface that works like ChatGPT, with a login per staff member, private to your business.
  • Document Q&A (RAG): point it at a folder of your files. Ask questions. Get answers with the source page cited.
  • n8n: builds automations and agent workflows — for example reading incoming invoices and filing the totals into a spreadsheet.
  • Tailscale: secure, authenticated access from staff laptops and phones. No port forwarding, no public-facing IP.

Set-up and handover

  • Hardened operating system: disk encryption, firewall on, automatic security updates, separate admin account.
  • Runs headless — no monitor, keyboard or desk needed. It sits on a shelf next to the router.
  • Backup configured and a restore test run before handover.
  • Models downloaded, tested and ready. The first answer works on day one.
  • Onboarding call with your team, plus a printed one-page cheat sheet.
