BoltProof started as a private AI company — helping businesses run AI on their own data, safely. But the reality of doing that in Dubai is that the same businesses need someone who can also plug in the cable, fix the laptop, set up the network, and recover the files from the old machine. So that's what I do. I'm not just the AI person — I'm the IT person too.

Usually, yes. I'll diagnose it on the spot — disk, logic board, OS corruption — and tell you honestly whether it's fixable or time to replace. If there's data on it, I'll recover it first.
On site across the UAE. If you're further out, or overseas, I can often help remotely over SSH — you don't need to be in the same room as the machine for most server and NAS work.
